Healing Sound Bath

Clear out the static of daily life and return your body to its natural, healthy rhythm. 

A meditative acoustic journey that uses the harmonic vibrations of Tibetan Singing bowls, bells, hand pan, chimes, and nature sounds to lead your brain into deep states of relaxation.  

Meditation in Motion

 Find your center, even as you move.

In these sessions, we use slow, intentional movement as a vehicle for meditation. Guided by the steady pulse of rhythmic movements, you will learn to sync your breath with your stride. This is the practice of 'unblocking'—allowing the body’s natural energy to flow without resistance.

Align your internal dialogue with the life you’re ready to lead.

Identify the dissonant stories that are draining your energy and, through a combination of guided inquiry, meditative focus and heart-centered coaching, we begin to navigate through mental blocks and 're-tune' your mental landscape.
