Somatic Movement & Pilates
My training in Pilates is the physical anchor of the Healing Hertz practice. Moving beyond traditional "fitness" narratives, I view Pilates as a system of precision engineering for the human frame. By focusing on core stability, spinal alignment, and conscious movement, this training allows me to help clients build a body that is a resilient vessel for their spirit. It is the practice of strengthening the "internal container" so that it can hold a higher, more stable frequency.
